I started formally when a friend already in to “Sport offered me to train with him” this was 1987 titles started coming in soon. It was a foot ball field where it all began before I had any thing to do with weight train. I used to play football. It was my friend and teammate who painted out that I had the physique of a potential bodybuilder when they saw me changing in to colours before a match. Although he would like to remain an Instructor at (HOUSE OF FITNESS QUETTA) and also he own of House of Fitness for a while also wants to excel in other arenas such as modeling for magazine commercials and movies, I take a lot of pride in what I am doing at the moment and I have plans to open a high class gymnasium someday but no matter where life leads me. I will always be in to keeping fit and helping people keep fit he hopes to participate in the Mr. A Sia and Mr. World competition. I would also like to try my luck once again the fashion modeling movies and hope to raise funds for my GYM thus.


Ali is fresh as snow under evening sun. Ali is in complete control of body. The last ten years have been good teacher of bodybuilding and fitness. I have also come to love modeling because it is the most glamorous of all expressionistic work. I like definitely enjoy to work in Pakistan movie with a good team. I would like to work in an Indian and Holly Wood movies also if I feel that the team would prove to be good.
But I guess right here right now I just want to be model. One who does justice to his work. And I think I fit well in to the movies. Ali still has no plans for marriage, but dreams for a decent and right girl with expressive eyes well educated well communicated with beautiful height........I mean proper fit..... No pester and disrespect ful ..........After 6 years he again shifted to Quetta in 1998 and started his own Gymnasium in the name of House of Fitness. The tour of Karachi is in force for fashion show and T.V Commercial. But his main source of income and service is club as well as he continue. I education in Quetta and Karachi. He on received full support has thanks his ever loving peoples of Karachi, Quetta and all Pakistan. His message for youth is “Bodybuilding natural not chemical” he made a request and strong appeal to the Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation etc to keep a close on the activities of the bodybuilders coaches, and club owners, concern with the used prohibited drugs to avoid further dangerous movements amongst the youth and such activities should be curved with iron and defaulters should also be punished with out any relaxation as the use of drug is not less then death for every user.
